2. Service Description

Practitionist operates multiple EdTech platforms that provide educational services including:

• 1-on-1 expert consultations and mentorship
• Live interactive classes and group sessions
• Webinars and workshops
• Subscription-based learning programs

2.2 Tiringly

• Project-based engineering courses
• Expert mentorship and guidance
• Career services (resume review, mock interviews)
• Gamified learning with points and leaderboards

2.3 Noteups (Coming Soon)

• Lecture notes sharing
• Study group collaboration
• Educational resource sharing

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (18 for certain services)
• One person may only maintain one account per platform

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

4.1 Learners/Students

As a learner on our platforms, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and classes on time
• Treat experts, mentors, and other learners with respect
• Not share or distribute paid content without authorization
• Complete payments for booked sessions
• Follow cancellation policies for missed sessions
• Not record sessions without consent from all parties

4.2 Experts/Consultants/Mentors

As an expert on our platforms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Deliver sessions professionally and on time
• Not share learner personal information inappropriately
• Comply with platform policies regarding pricing and availability
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
• Not solicit learners for off-platform transactions

4.3 Content Contributors

If you upload content (notes, courses, materials), you agree to:

• Only upload content you have the right to share
• Not upload copyrighted material without permission
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Grant Practitionist a license to use and display your content on the platform

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Currency

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are set by individual experts/instructors or as platform fees
• Applicable taxes may be added to the displayed price

5.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking
• You authorize charges for bookings and subscriptions
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

5.3 Expert/Instructor Payouts

• Experts receive payouts after successful session completion
• Platform commission is deducted from earnings
• Payouts are processed according to the platform's payout schedule

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

6.2 User-Generated Content

7. Prohibited Activities

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Share or distribute paid content without authorization
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platforms without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to interact with the platforms
• Interfere with the platforms' operation or security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Solicit users for off-platform transactions

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific learning outcomes or results
• The accuracy of information provided by other users or experts
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Career outcomes or job placements

8.2 Limitation of Liability
