Practitionist is an online job portal that connects job seekers with employers. Our platform provides:

• Job listing and search functionality
• Resume upload and profile creation for candidates
• Application tracking and management
• Employer tools for posting jobs and reviewing applications
• Communication tools between employers and candidates

We act as an intermediary platform and do not guarantee employment outcomes or hiring decisions.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may only maintain one account

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Job Seeker Obligations

As a job seeker on Practitionist, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and resume
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or skills
• Apply only to jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Respond professionally to employer communications
• Not use the platform for any purpose other than job seeking
• Not share employer contact information obtained through the platform

5. Employer Obligations

As an employer on Practitionist, you agree to:

• Post only genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details
• Not post discriminatory or misleading job listings
• Respond to candidate applications in a timely manner
• Use candidate information solely for hiring purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws
• Not contact candidates for purposes unrelated to job opportunities

5.1 Prohibited Job Listings

The following types of job postings are prohibited:

• Jobs requiring upfront payments or investments from candidates
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme opportunities
• Jobs that are illegal or violate local regulations
• Discriminatory listings based on protected characteristics
• Fake or misleading job opportunities

6. Payment Terms (For Employers)

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle
• Prices are displayed in INR unless otherwise specified
• Taxes may be applied based on your location

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure payment providers
• You authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
• Failed payments may result in service interruption

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

The Practitionist platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Practitionist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content without permission.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job listings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Impersonate another person or entity

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That job seekers will find employment
• That employers will find suitable candidates
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Practitionist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rs. 10,000, whichever is lower.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practitionist Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your use of the platform
• Content you submit to the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
• Governed by the laws of India
